New training schedule...
To ensure sustainable weight loss, apart from balancing the intakes, below is the training schedule and portion...
Sunday - 50 mins run + 15 mins weight + 5 mins sprint
Monday - off
Tuesday - 30 mins run + 15 mins weight + 15 mins swim
Wednesday - 45 mins run + 15 mins swim
Thursday - off
Friday - 60 mins run + 15 mins weight OR 15 mins swim
Saturday - off

How rich... How smart.. How high.. How great...
Those are not the questions...
The question is, what do I want to become? A man amongst man in this world, or something else, the better one, the one that has and moreover creates values amongst the living.
Sometimes, I look at my self in the mirror and figure out, what is it that I am aiming for? it certainly does confuse me
