New training schedule...

To ensure sustainable weight loss, apart from balancing the intakes, below is the training schedule and portion...

Sunday - 50 mins run + 15 mins weight + 5 mins sprint

Monday - off

Tuesday - 30 mins run + 15 mins weight + 15 mins swim

Wednesday - 45 mins run + 15 mins swim

Thursday - off

Friday - 60 mins run + 15 mins weight OR 15 mins swim

Saturday - off
